Matzah Wine Yummy Choc Log

Ingredients:

8 Matzah
1 cup sweet pesach wine
240gr semi sweet chocolate
1/2 cup milk
2 tablespoons cocoa
1 cup sugar
3 tablespoons brandy
1 teaspoon instant coffee
2 tablespoons margarine
Preparation Method:

1. crumble the matzah & soak in the wine

2. melt the chocolate with milk, cocoa powder, sugar, brandy & coffee over a very low heat.

3. remove from the heat & add margarine.

4. divide mixture into several portions & shape into long rolls & wrap tightly in aluminum foil.

5. refrigerate overnight.

6. unwrap & cut into slices & serve.

Comments: This yummy desert is very alcoholic, be careful how much you let the kids eat.

Sesame Chicken on bread

Time For Preparation: 10 minutes
Time For Cooking: 10 -15 minutes
Ingredients:

mince chicken 400 grams
1 egg white
3-4 T soy sauce
1 t ginger
1 T garlic
Turkish flat bread
sesame seeds 1 cup
Preparation Method:

Open Bread and cut each side into thirds or half

Mix in bowl:
chicken mince
egg white
minced garlic
minced ginger
soy sauce

Pour sesame seeds into flat plate

Spread chicken mixture thickly on top of bread pieces.
Dip Bread (meat side down) onto plate, covering meat with sesame seeds.

Cook in oven on grill until sesame seeds toasted and meat cooked.
(cook not too close to heat element).
