Shipping and Handling Charges (SHC) Jewish Australia Online Shop offers delivery anywhere in the world at preferential rates. We no longer ship by seamail unless specifically requested by the customer. We generally use EMS postage which is speedy and efficient. PLEASE NOTE Since we sell items from a range of different suppliers in a number of countries, currency fluctuations and postage rates will vary according to the Suppliers' requirement. **It is a condition of purchase of any item on this site that postage charges may need to be amended and supplemented according to the requirements each Supplier nominates at the time of purchase. Should the customer not wish to pay the extra postage, their payment will be refunded and credited to their account. Each item in our catalog includes a Shipping and Handling Charge (SHC) code, which is used to calculate the shipping cost based on the size and/or weight of the item. When you order a single item this is the amount you will be charged for delivery. When you order more than one item at one time (ie in the same order) the individual SHC codes of each item are combined to create a total order SHC code, which is then used to calculate the shipping cost of the entire order. Payment Methods Payment confirmation is required before despatch of goods. We accept all international Visas and Mastercards. Your credit card will be billed in Australian Dollars at the exchange rate offered by the National Australia Bank (Card Services) as at the time and date of the transaction and your statement will list the purchase as Jewish Australia Online Shop. Returns Jewish Australia Online is a facilitator for Australian and international businesses to sell their goods through our website. We make every effort to ensure that goods and services offered through this website are of merchantable quality and that all suppliers meet our strict criteria for honesty and integrity.
