NATIONAL CLEAN UP DAY - ISRAEL 2026

Event Description

National Cleanup Day is held annually on the last Tuesday of the Hebrew month of Adar. (usually in March). 

It is aimed at raising public awareness about environmental protection and in particular, keeping open spaces and public areas clean.

Schools and youth movements mark the day by conducting cleanup activities across the country, and by learning about the importance of keeping the public domain clean.
