APPLE JAMS
- Jewish apple jams, often known as Dulce de Manzana in Sephardic traditions, are spiced, sweet preserves frequently eaten during the Jewish New Year (Rosh Hashanah) and Yom Kippur.
They are highly aromatic and are typically simmered with sugar, citrus, and traditional spices like cardamom and rosewater. - Apple Jam recipe by Rose Benjamin
