Meal Prep Turkey Taco Bowls

  Preparation method:

Heat a large skillet to medium heat with extra virgin olive oil.
Place bell peppers in the skillet and sauté 5 minutes or until slightly tender.
Add the ground turkey breast with salt, pepper and taco seasoning.
Use a spatula to break up the meat and mix in the seasonings.
Cook until the meat is browned, stirring it frequently.
Stir in the salsa then transfer to 4 containers filling with lettuce and mini peppers.
Makes 4 servings:
1 leaner
1 healthy fat
3 condiments
2 greens

2 lbs 95-98% Lean ground turkey breast~ Goal is for 24 oz cooked (4 leaners)
4 tsp extra virgin olive oil (4 healthy fat)
1 cup (5.26 oz) green bell pepper (2 green)
1 cup (5.26 oz) yellow bell pepper (2 green)
4 cups (10.16 oz) shredded iceberg lettuce (4 greens)
2 cup (10.52 oz) mini sweet peppers (4 greens)
1/4 cup salsa (4 condiments)
1/4 tsp salt (1 condiment)
1/2 tsp ground pepper (1 condiment)
1 tbsp low sodium taco seasoning (6 condiments)
