Vegan Baked Oatmeal

  Preparation method:

Preheat the oven to 180
Spray a baking dish with cooking spray.
Grind oats, dry ingredients. Grind nuts and dates. Mix together
Whip aqafaba with tartar, add vanilla and vinegar
Blend bananas
Add wet to dry ingredients.
Cook for 1 hr at 180.

2cups oat flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp Ginger
1 tsp Cinnamon
1 tsp Allspice or nutmeg 
Salt
30g almonds
30g walnuts or pecans
30g pepitas
30g sunflower seeds
12 dates
3-4 ripe bananas
1 cup aquafaba
1/2 tsp cream of tartar
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
1/2 lemon or lemon peel.
1/4 cup Sweetener available eg agave or xylitol
