Fish Wrap Recipe
Introduction:
A fish wrap is a handheld meal made by rolling a soft flatbread-typically a flour tortilla-around cooked fish, vegetables, and sauce.
It is closely related to the traditional Mexican fish taco.
Preparation method:
Prepare the dough and cook tortillas or buy ready-made tortillas (easily found at all supermarkets)
Marinate and cook the fish until flaky or crispy.
Place fish and vegetables on the tortilla.
Add sauce and roll tightly.
Serve warm.
*For everyday convenience, you can use Rotimatic Next to make fresh tortillas automatically. It saves time and ensures consistent, soft wraps. It especially comes in handy when you need to make multiple servings.
